Privacy Policy

This policy explains how NYC Factory Inc. (“NYC Factory”, “we”, “us”), 1109 Grand Avenue, Unit #3, North Bergen, NJ 07047, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit nycfactoryinc.com, customize or buy products, sign up for our newsletter or contact us (the “Site”). Our print-on-demand platform for brands, pod.nycfactoryinc.com, has its own privacy policy. Questions? Email sales@nycfactoryinc.com.

1. What we collect

Order details. Your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, what you ordered, sizes, quantities, prices, discount codes and the shipping option you chose.
Payments. Stripe processes every card payment on its own secure checkout. We receive the payment status and a reference to it — we never see or store your full card number.
Your designs. The artwork, photos, logos and text you upload to the customizer, where you placed them, the mockups we make from them, and any instructions you add to your order. If you use our design studio, the designs you save and any prompts you give the AI tools.
Messages. What you send us through the contact or quote forms, by email or by text, including any files you attach.
Newsletter. Your email address if you sign up, and whether you open or click our emails.
Usage and device data. Your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, items you add to your cart, the link or ad that brought you here, and cookie identifiers (see Section 4).

2. How we use it

To make and deliver your order: print, embroider or sew it, pack it, buy the shipping label and send you tracking.
To take payment, prevent fraud and keep the records accounting and tax law require.
To send order emails: your receipt, shipping confirmation and messages about a problem with your order or artwork. These are part of the service.
To answer your questions, quotes and requests, and to handle damaged or defective items under our Return Policy.
To send our newsletter and, if you leave items in your checkout, a reminder email — always with an unsubscribe link.
To understand how the Site is used, measure our advertising, keep the Site secure and stop spam.
To comply with the law and protect our rights and our customers.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Essential cookies and storage keep your cart and your designs while you shop. The store doesn’t work without them.

Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics to see how the Site is used, and the Google Ads, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel tags to measure whether our ads work — for example, that someone who saw an ad later placed an order. When you buy, we also send the purchase event to Google, Meta and TikTok from our server so it’s counted once. These tools may receive your IP address, device information, the pages you visited, and a coded (hashed) version of your email or phone number, and they may combine it with information from their own services. Under some state laws this can count as “sharing” personal information for advertising.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ads in your Google, Meta and TikTok ad settings. To opt out of the advertising tags and server events for your information, email sales@nycfactoryinc.com. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

5. How long we keep it

Orders and payment records: 7 years, as accounting and tax law requires.
Your artwork and mockups: up to 24 months after your order, so you can reorder the same design — sooner if you ask us to delete them.
Messages and quote requests: up to 24 months; messages our system marks as spam are deleted after 30 days.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Server and security logs: about 90 days.

6. Security

The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), payments are handled entirely by Stripe, and access to order and customer information is limited to the staff who need it to make and ship your order. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for advertising. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, New Jersey and other states have similar rights, including the right to appeal our decision. We will not treat you differently for using them.

To make a request, email sales@nycfactoryinc.com from the address you used with us, or write to 1109 Grand Avenue, Unit #3, North Bergen, NJ 07047. We may need to confirm your identity, and we answer within the time the law allows (normally 30 days, 45 in California). You may use an authorized agent.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Order emails about a purchase you made can’t be switched off.

8. Children

The Site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version on this page with its effective date.
